July 2004 A table for Bob's son made from Maple and finished with Watco oil and light paste wax.
Dec. 2003 A prototype Hingeless Jewelry Box. Bob said he has trouble installing hinges so this is a possible solution.
Sept. 2003 This is a time capsule box made from cherry with hand cut dovetails and a carved lid. Twenty six members of Bob's family brought something and a few written words to put into the time capsule on New Years Eve 1999. The Time Capsule is to be opened in 2025.
Sept. 2003 The castle chess piece was turned and then carved for the lines which are filled with turquoise. It is the "World Championship" trophy awarded for the winner of chess games played among Bob, his son, and brother-in-law.
Sept. 2003 The knight chess piece was hand carved from South Florida Cherry. Bob and his brother-in-law compete in chess for the "Games of the Century" knight award.
March 2003 An oval jewelry box that highlighted the shape
of a large knot from walnut board.
Feb. 2003 Two hingeless jewelry boxes, one of walnut with an insert of the Big Oak in the lid and the second of Big Oak with a walnut insert in the lid.
Dec. 2002 Bob made a prototype jewelry box with a no-hinge lid.
2002 The feather box is used to store feathers and is lined with cedar to keep out feather mites. Bob made it for his niece who is very interested in indian lore.
2002 Another Walnut Jewelry Box with Walnut and Watco Danish Oil finish.
2002 Walnut table with tapered legs and curved back, finished with clear Watco Danish Oil.
2002 A Baker's Rack that Bob made for his daughter. It is made in maple with a clear Watco Danish Oil finish.
2002 Bob had to make this crib fast because his son gave him one days notice that a new adopted baby had arrived. The crib is maple with a clear, satin, Varathane finish.
